Substabce Use
Is a group that addresses the correlation between the mind (mental health) and matters (substance use). The group focuses on helping youth (ages 16-21) understand how their mental health influences their choices regarding substance use, and vice versa. It aims to provide education, coping strategies, and a supportive environment to empower youth to make healthier decisions and navigate their challenges more effectively.
Tuesday/Thursday, 4:30-6p (8wks)
